I have three team members and they are just getting started. I make more from my personal sales. My commission from my team is 4%. So, if my team member sells $1000 and orders $500 from MK, I get a check from MK for 4% of $500. So a $20 check. I make 50% of my sales so it is wiser for me to work my sales business. As my team grows, the checks do get bigger, but it's always in my best interest to keep selling. ;) Right now, no. I have three team members and they are just getting started. The quarter ends today. I did do more this past month than I have done in a long time with my business so I am very happy with my results. I do have a customer mailing list and I utilize things MK provides like quarterly catalog mailings and company generated e-newsletters. Right now, I just don't have the time to put together my own newsletter if that makes sense.
