Video Tutorial: How To Install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

Do you have an antivirus program installed on your computer?

Have you scanned your computer for malware recently?

If you answered “no” to both of those questions then you may well be interested in the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which can check your machine for signs of infection from nasties such as viruses, trojans, worms, rootkits and more. Granted, it has less features than the paid version, or alternative paid for antivirus programs, but it is effective at identifying and removing malware from your PC.

So, how do you install it and get ready for your first scan?

Check out this video tutorial to find out:

You need to a flashplayer enabled browser to view this YouTube video

With the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware that you have just installed you will need to run a scan manually in order to detect any new malware that may have entered your system. If you choose to go with the paid version then ongoing detection will be automatic.

Have you installed Malwarebytes? How do you rate it?
