Viagra Can’t Keep It Up Against Tamiflu Spam

in Spam

Swine flu, a health pandemic that errs on the side of conspiracy rather than natural outbreak in my opinion, is very much in the news these days as the number of reported cases continues to rise.

Whilst governments seem to all be saying that they have enough stocks of tamiflu to be able to combat the outbreak people are still catching it and dying from it.

Worrying.

viagra cant keep up with tamiflu

Of course fear is a great thing for some people, namely spammers who attempt to use it in order to drive their profits up.

With over 90% of all email being spam how much of that do you reckon is pharmaceutical based?

I read a report recently (can’t remember where now unfortunately) that said around 60% of all spam is based upon pills, potions and medical aids.

Receiving a fair bit of spam myself I would tend to agree and my expericence is that most spam email is for viagra and other similar products.

Over the last few weeks however, tamiflu spam has far exceeded anything I have received.

Does this mean things are going to get hard for viagra? (pun intended)

Or perhaps this is just a passing phase that will disappear just as soon as swine flu does.

Hopefully.

What sort of spam are you getting these days?

Strangely most spam I get these days is for breast augmentation. Strange.
